New Substitutions

We've expanded the list of available substitutions for premium users. These work inside of Quicknotes and for custom login and logoff messages.
They include:
%C a random color
%J a random adjective
%L a random user location
%O a random month
Other ideas are welcome.

There's more now including %i for a random animal, %w for a day of the week, and %b for an object.
